Muda 是日语里面的“浪费”。它的发音可以直接汉语拼音 “Mu Da”。这里所讨论的Muda，不是Muri 或者Mura。但在Shingijutsu Kaizen活动中，关于“不均衡”和“超载荷”机器的时候，可能会用到。如果你有关于如何通过减少Muri或Mura来减少Muda的疑问，请随时和你的ACES精益主管去探讨。
